As of March 2019, we are part of the European Space Agency’s (ESA) distiniguished Business Incubation Center in Darmstadt and will be perfroming the spin-off of SHIEL3D thermal conductivity measurement instrument-developed for space applications-to characterize thermal insulation, ranging from fire-resistant to cryogenic materials, for their applications on Earth. In addition to the support from ESA, we will also be receiving financial assistance from the European Union (EFRE).
